Graham Constable offers proven competence and experience in operations and in strategic consultancy roles for the cost-effective management of built environments. He has worked in the UK, Europe and now New Zealand and Australia. Graham particularly enjoys helping clients with change, working on human factors of the business, developing skills, collaboration, motivation, capability and leadership in people.
Graham is a skilled facilitator and is a certified Value Management (VM) Practitioner designing and facilitating VM Work Studies and value interventions with multi-disciplinary teams, maximising value in strategy setting, facilities modelling and projects at design/concept stages.
Graham is Co-chair of the International Facilities Management Association’s (IFMA) global Strategic and Tactical Action Group STAG) representing Australia and wider Asia Pacific region.
Graham has co-authored and had published a book entitled ‘Leadership and Team Building in Primary Care’ for the UK Health sector. He is also a regular columnist for FM Magazine in Australia.
